Capoeira
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines fighting with music, dance, and acrobatics. Classes provide a complete workout that burns up to 900 calories per hour. Capoeira Nagô is an international capoeira group, headed by Mestre Pequinês, with its headquarters in Goiânia, Brazil, and branches all over the world. The school in Malta is run by Professor Alf (João Paulo Ramalho) from Brazil.

Professor Alf was born in Recife, in the northeast of Brazil, in 1977. He has been teaching capoeira to adults and children of all ages for more than 15 years. He now runs the capoeira school in Malta.
